Most sites launch within 3 weeks of your membership activation. More complex projects may take a little longer. We'll set clear expectations early on.

This timeline assumes you're responsive and actively engaged. Our onboarding flow is designed to ask all the right questions, so we have everything we need before we start building.

No problem. We'll review what you have, salvage everything worth keeping, and rebuild it properly on Kavi. Same content, better home.

We can connect your existing domain or register a new one on your behalf for around $20/year.

Your site is a custom build. The one-year term lets us recoup that investment and keep monthly costs low for you. Think of it like paying off an agency-quality site at a fraction of the normal cost.

After 12 months you have three options:

1. Stay as you are. Most clients do. We keep managing everything and nothing changes.
2. Take your code. The source code is yours to host and manage anywhere you like. No questions asked.
3. Switch to hosting only. We keep your site running on our fast, secure servers for $19/month. No updates included. Content changes are billed at $80/hour.

Your first payment is due when your build begins, at membership activation. If you're accepted into the queue, nothing is due while you wait; you'll pay when your slot opens. You can pay monthly or annually. See pricing details

You don't have to. Your Kavi membership includes 4 free site edits per month. Log into the Kavi app, send your updates, and we handle everything.
